Our normal shipping days for standard two
(2) day delivery are Monday through
Wednesday to minimize the chances of
shipments setting over the weekend in
transit. We only accept P.O. Boxes that are
shipped via Priority Mail and the United
States Postal Service (USPS).
For deliveries to
Alaska and Hawaii add $12.50 per address.
During the Holiday season, orders and
changes must be made by December 15th.

the website are acknowledged with an email
upon submission. Orders taken by phone, mail
or fax are only acknowledged if over $100 in
value and if it contains multiple ship-to’s.

If I place an order for meats, will it be OK
during the shipping process and the time it
takes to be delivered?
Our meats are fully cooked, smoked, vacuum
sealed and very safe. The product will start
out frozen and may be thawed by the time you
receive it, but rest assured it will be
fine.
How long will it take for my order to
arrive?
It is best to allow us 24 hours to process
and prepare your order for shipping. After
that, your order should arrive at its
destination within two days. Because we
guarantee that your order will arrive in
perfect condition, we use either FedEx or
UPS shipping services that ensure timely
delivery and delivery confirmation. We only
ship Monday - Wednesday for delivery within
two days, except when holidays interfere.
Please provide an
address where someone will be available to
receive your shipment. You may also use our
"Future Ship Date" option to order your
gifts early. We will ship your package on
the date you specify, if possible, otherwise
we will ship it on the next available day.
Orders received after 2:00 pm Central Time
on Wednesday will be processed and shipped
on the following Monday unless Next Day
Delivery is requested.
